CARLAStudio is a program that you use both to model languages and then to put the model to work parsing texts and adapting texts to another language. The three primary  tasks that you can perform with this version of CARLAStudio are:

1. Language Modeling
2. Text Processing
3. Parse Problem Fixing.

 CARLAStudio employs several other programs to actually do the work on language texts (see "CARLA Related Tools" download link below). The particular programs supported by later releases of CARLAStudio are:
