This competency covers the usage and training of users to use the current grammar tools to interlinearize and parse texts
Is able to consult others in the effective use of grammar tools. This include interlinear and parsing tools.

The following activities have been identified to achieve comptency in Grammar Tools in levels from Learner to Expert.
Understand the grammatical components of languages and how they work.
Identify the interlinear tools that are appropriate for activities such as back translation, analysis, and adaptation.
Read FLEx's Introduction to Parsing to understand how to break and classify words into morphemes.
Able to identify and describe grammatical components in a particular language. Able to identify and describe grammatical components in a particular language. Able to apply parsing methods to separate words into morphemes.
