Respectful communication and the affirmation of organizational values are the basis of good partnerships that can significantly enhance the impact of the work and open up avenues for further learning and innovation.
In interactions with other organizations, whether for professional engagement or on behalf of others, it is important to know how to represent one’s organizational values as well as the needs and values of language communities.
