CARLAStudio is a program that you use both to model languages and then to put the model to work parsing texts and adapting texts to another language. CARLAStudio employs several other programs to actually do the work on language texts. The particular programs supported by later releases of CARLAStudio are:

  • AMPLE
  • STAMP
  • SENTRANS
  • LEXTRANS
  • PHONRULE  JOINCOMP
  • CC
  • INTERGEN
  • TonePars
  • ToneGen
  • PrintANA
  • PC-PATR
  • Generic batch file processing

There are three tasks that you can perform with this version of CARLAStudio:

  1. Language Modeling
  2. Text Processing
  3. Parse Problem Fixing.
