UnicodeCCount is a quick-and-dirty Unicode-aware replacement for Ccount, the character count utility. Written in Perl, the program is available both as the Perl source (requires Perl 5.8.1 or newer) and as a stand-alone Windows EXE.
As this program is distributed at no cost, the SIL individual who created it and upgrades it is unable to provide a commercial level of personal technical support. He is interested in hearing from users, however, and will try to resolve problems that are reported to him. You can send feedback to the author here.

Search Everything is a great little utility for finding files on your computer. It only indexes the file's name. So the indexing is really quick and unnoticeable. I find it useful several times a day. Even if I know where a file is Search Everything will often get to it quicker than using Windows Explorer.

This unicode font uses smart rendering (Graphite) to support the numeric musical notation used in Indonesia and other Asian countries. An InKey keyboard is provided for keyboarding the data, and LibreOffice Writer is the recommended editing software.
The font defaults to displaying musical slurs in Indonesian kepatihan mode (slurs below the notes), but also provides a mode that's more conducive to editing (slur tips only), and a third mode for Chinese jianpu (slurs above the notes). These modes are easiest to access if using the styles and macros in the provided template.
